FINALS:
KMC finals will be taken over the course of three days. They start on Tuesday, Dec. 17 and end on Thursday, Dec. 19.
On Tuesday, students will take three finals for blocks 1, 2, 3; On Wednesday, 5, 6, 7. On Thursday Dec. 19, finals for blocks 4, and 8 will be taken.
Seniors with an A grade and teacher permission can be exempt from the final semester exam.
All education fees must be paid before the final exams can be taken.
Additionally, if students do not have their required Xello lessons completed, they will not be allowed to take the finals.
Students who end an honor class with a C will be given the second semester to get their grade up to a B- or above.
Anyone in an honors class who gets a C or below will not be allowed to enroll in future honor courses in the same class unless with special permission from a teacher. A final letter grade of a D or an F immediately drops a student from an honors course.
KMC students will end the semester with an All-School Mass at 10:40 on Thursday, Dec. 19. KMC students will be dismissed at 11:30.
CONCERTS:
The Christmas concert will be held at the Kapaun Mt. Carmel auditorium on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. The Christmas Traditions is two acts and the band will perform first, then the choir. Entrance to the concert will be free and it will count towards HOTY points.
CHRISTMAS BREAK:
Christmas break starts on Thursday, Dec. 19, which is the day of finals. The break ends on Tuesday, Jan. 6, which gives students an 18-day break to celebrate the holidays with their families. Students will resume classes on Tuesday, Jan. 7, with a C day.
